VOPED realizes that safeguarding the privacy of our users is of upmost importance. This VOPED EVP Privacy Policy covers personal information like your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card information and other information that is not otherwise publicly available. This EVP Privacy Policy does not apply to the actions of companies other than VOPED or to people not employed by VOPED.

VOPED has the appropriate systems in place to protect against the unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction of personal data on the VOPED system network. VOPED employees, contractors, agents and 3rd party affiliates with access to the personal information on VOPED have signed legal agreements binding them to strict confidentiality. Failure to comply with these agreements may result in prosecution.

Promotional E-mail

VOPED respects your privacy. Your email address will only be used to send you information related to VOPED, and will never be shared, rented, or sold to any company not affiliated with VOPED. At any time you may opt-out of VOPED e-mail communications by clicking and responding to the unsubscribe link provided in every email we send.

Children

When a child under age 18 attempts to register with VOPED, we ask that he or she have a parent or guardian create a VOPED Family Account to obtain parental permission. VOPED will not contact children under age 18 about special offers or for marketing purposes without a parent’s permission. VOPED does not ask a child under age 18 for more personal information, as a condition of participation, than is reasonably necessary to participate in a given activity or promotion.

Uploading Content to the VOPED Platform

Content for uploaded videos must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.Videos, written comments, and all user profile information that does not comply with the rules and EVP Terms of Use of VOPED or registered publishers using the VOPED Products and Services can be removed, a user account can be terminated and that user’s videos removed from the VOPED system. VOPED does not advise uploading videos that include personal information. If a user of the VOPED products and services (either a publisher or an individual user) chooses to upload a video that contains personal information on the VOPED system, be aware that this information becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others. For this reason VOPED advises all users to review videos prior to uploading them to ensure that personal information is removed or minimized. VOPED is not responsible for unsolicited use of your personal info, or damages, slander or other results of VOPED users submitting videos with their personal information.

Changes to EVP Privacy Policy

VOPED may occasionally update this privacy policy and will attempt to notify you of any significant changes through the email address used to register your account or by prominent notice on our site. It is the user’s responsibility, however, to regularly review this EVP Privacy Policy for any minor changes.
